Job summary

Relocify is a fast-growing startup making it easier to find long-term housing in new cities. We’re expanding growth marketing to own user acquisition and scale what works, in a fully remote EU-based setup.

Position is B2B, part-time (15-20 hours/week) or full-time, with compensation starting at 2500 EUR per month plus a performance bonus. You will own acquisition metrics, manage paid channels, run rapid experiments, analyze funnels, and collaborate directly with the founder to shape our growth

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with budgets, performance metrics, and tracking ROI (we’ll teach you if needed)
• Data-driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve results
• Strong written and spoken English (C1+)

Relocify is a fast-growing startup making it easier for people to find long-term housing in new cities. Performance marketing is our core growth engine, and after a few successful tests, we’re expanding into performance and growth marketing. We’re hiring a Growth Marketer to own user acquisition, work directly with the founder, and scale what works.

Contract: B2B, part-time (15-20 hours/week) or Full-time

Location: Fully remote, EU-based

Compensation: From 2500 EUR p/m, plus a performance bonus
