Softsich is seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to help shape and run influencer campaigns for our B2B platforms. You’ll research creators, maintain trackers, coordinate assets, and support campaign operations under a Team Lead.

This remote-friendly role offers Kyiv/Warsaw options, 20 vacation days, health insurance, and opportunities to learn about performance analytics, reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of influencer marketing, platforms, formats and audiences.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with basic data tasks.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Notion, and Slack.
• Basic reporting: data entry, validation, trackers and dashboards.
• Understanding marketing metrics such as CPA, CTR and conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to structure information.
• Willingness to learn and explore performance trends with guidance.
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership of tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive problem solving and request for clarification when needed.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher.

Aufgaben

• Researching and selecting influencers based on campaign needs and platform fit.
• Maintaining structured influencer lists and delivering tasks on time.
• Communicating with influencers and coordinating materials and deadlines.
• Supporting campaign launches and daily execution with ready assets.
• Updating trackers, verifying data accuracy, and preparing reports.
• Monitoring metrics and flagging performance changes, escalating issues.
• Reviewing performance with Team Lead to identify trends.
• Preparing and double-checking payment information for accuracy.
• Keeping documentation up to date and following workflows.
