Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a startup environment.
• 3+ years of healthcare or medtech experience.
• Experience building projects, products, or startups from scratch.
• Strong understanding of AI trends in healthcare/medtech.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership.
• Ability to translate market opportunities into product or business ideas.
• Strong networking and business development in health/medtech.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to operate in fast-paced, early-stage settings.
• Knowledge of project management and process design.
• C1+ level of spoken and written English.
• C1+ level of spoken and written Polish.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and lead the new startup.
• Craft the long-term vision and strategy for the company.
• Lead product development with engineering, AI, and healthcare design teams.
• Drive revenue growth via sales strategies, partnerships, and new markets.
• Build and lead a high-performing founding team.
• Monitor AI, automation, and healthcare tech trends.
• Manage operational and financial aspects of the company.
• Represent the startup with investors, healthcare institutions, and partners.
