Job summary

Red Sky Poland is seeking a hands-on CMO to build and scale our cardio-metabolic health online clinic from day one. You’ll shape the growth engine, brand, and multi-channel strategy, turning data, medical credibility and patient education into measurable traction.

You’ll lead strategy and execution across performance marketing, content, partnerships and CRM, building the team and aligning with founders, investors and medical leadership in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing with 3+ years in senior leadership (Head of Marketing/CMO).
• Experience owning a marketing budget and revenue targets.
• Strong full-funnel and performance marketing background.
• Ability to build brand for complex, trust-based products.
• Data-driven decision making with analytics and attribution tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape the company's vision, growth engine and market presence from day one.
• Define brand positioning and go-to-market strategy for a cardio-metabolic clinic.
• Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across channels.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels on Google, Meta, email and more.
• Develop marketing automation and lifecycle communication.
• Create a data-driven growth model using CAC, LTV, ROI, retention.
• Lead content across video, social, blog, email, ads and landing pages.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing marketing team; manage external partners.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising, data protection and standards.
