You will own the product roadmap, translate business problems into clear requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience in startups or fast-paced teams.
• Proven track record from concept to launch.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear specs.
• Independent, self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Availability to join on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for internal products and growth tools.
• Define requirements, user stories, success metrics, acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure timely delivery.
• Prioritize features based on impact and effort.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to boost adoption.
• Track usage and business outcomes with relevant metrics.
• Manage launches, internal communications, and rollouts.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve internal processes.
• Take end-to-end ownership from discovery to iteration.
