Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking an experienced digital marketer to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC brands. You will directly manage client relationships, run campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and optimize feeds, tracking, and creative strategies. Remote worldwide with US-friendly hours.

You will diagnose performance bottlenecks, defend your attribution approach, and build scalable landing pages and scripts to drive real business results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent in the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own client relationships; present results and defend plans.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; review structure, terms, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report them separately.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit recommendations.
• Own feed management: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, disapprovals, promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, contributions imports; resolve discrepancies.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, AOV, pages, tracking.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
