Sweat Pants Agency LLC is looking for a seasoned Google Ads expert who can own campaigns end-to-end for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, responsible for strategy, execution, and reporting across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.

We value attribution mastery, incremental testing, and the ability to build or optimize landing pages and tracking. Remote worldwide with US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Able to manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and Display.
• Strong understanding of attribution, holdouts, and incremental testing.

Responsabilités

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own client relationships; present results, plan, and defend decisions.
• Conduct audits before touching accounts: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Separate brand vs. non-brand; report them distinctly to show impact.
• Understand what PMax is doing and separate branded vs. non-branded activity.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto recommendations and assets.
• Own the product feed: Cart optimization, Merchant Center hygiene, promotions.
• Own the tracking stack: GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build landing pages or scripts to remove constraints.
