Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a skilled digital marketer to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for DTC/eCommerce clients. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, responsible for strategy, execution, and results across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, with a focus on NC-CPA/NC-ROAS attribution.

You’ll manage feeds, GA4/GTM tracking, and landing pages, audit campaigns, and present Loom walkthroughs to clients. Remote work is supported, with calls during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads at meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them.
• Fluent in English with strong client-facing communication and the ability to defend your decisions.
• Willing to work US Eastern business hours for client calls; remote work allowed.
• Able to audit and optimize end-to-end accounts and explain the impact of changes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact; budgets range from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Maintain the client relationship; present results, plans, and reasoning; answer when issues arise.
• Audit accounts before touching them; provide Loom walkthroughs to explain findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses; manage target impression share vs CPA.
• Keep Google's automation in check; audit auto-recommendations and auto-sitelinks.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene; oversee product titles, disapprovals, and feed impact.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify imports; resolve reconciliation issues.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; work with AI tools to ship deliverables.
