Headway Inc is seeking a Globalization Coordinator to oversee localization and globalization operations across products like Nibble and Skillsta. You will ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with market needs, coordinating with product, design, and linguistic experts.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools, manage multiple workflows, and drive continuous improvement in localization processes while adapting to evolving priorities and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating localization/workflow across multiple products and languages.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools effectively in localization projects.
• Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate localization and production of lessons across Nibble, Skillsta, and other products.
• Manage workflows and dependencies with globalization and product teams.
• Maintain localization guidelines and coordinate quality checks of MT/AI tools.
• Oversee time tracking and administrative workflows for linguistic experts.
• Identify gaps and help improve processes and tools; support automation.
• Run on-demand analytics with AI tool support.
