Role requires 3+ years of direct HR experience, strong English skills, and a proactive approach to ownership. You will work in a remote-friendly, distributed environment and contribute to scaling HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct HR experience across multiple employment setups in the EMEA region.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle HR practices and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR records across multiple employment setups and locales.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to team members.
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding logistics across regions.
• Develop and update HR documentation and SOPs.
