Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee oncology studies across multiple countries. The role supports remote work from Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia, coordinating CRAs and clinical activities with high attention to timelines and quality.

You will lead site selection, startup, enrolment management, monitoring planning, data cleaning and trial close-out, while ensuring regulatory documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field.
• Demonstrable experience leading clinical aspects across multiple countries in CRO/Pharma/biotech.
• Significant oncology clinical trial management experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the development process.
• Willingness for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical elements within a trial across sites and countries, including start-up, enrolment, monitoring, data cleaning and close-out.
• Ensure timely delivery of trial deliverables and proper regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee trial conduct and safety.
• Mentor and train team members; identify and mitigate risks to timelines.
• Lead CRAs to ensure high-quality monitoring, regulatory and site communication.
