QLOC is seeking a seasoned C++ engineer to join our game-focused team. You should have 3+ years of C++ programming, crash-dump triage, CPU profiling, and shipping patches on external codebases. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Nice to have: a CS/CE degree, experience in graphics, multiplayer, UI/UX, gameplay, and CPU/memory optimization. We offer remote work options and collaboration on major IP projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of C++ programming experience (preferably in the game industry).
• Crash-dump triage experience (WinDbg, minidump analysis).
• CPU profiling experience.
• Experience shipping patches on external codebases.
• Comfort with reverse-engineering-adjacent work: reading disassembly, working without documentation.
• Experience working with proprietary engines.
• Strong communication skills (English).
• Ability to work in a team.
