Sourceful ICT, part of IG&H, seeks a Functional Consultant to bridge business needs with technology solutions in application development and IT product projects. You will collaborate with business reps, developers, UX/UI specialists, and other stakeholders to shape effective software solutions.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, maintain the backlog in Jira, and verify outcomes in QA.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements with business representatives and the development team.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Lead workshops, refinement sessions, and clarification sessions with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain the backlog in Jira or similar tools.
• Prepare project and process documentation for software development and release activities.
• Verify delivered solutions in QA environment and ensure alignment with requirements.
