Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join a technology consulting environment delivering CRM and business application solutions for enterprise clients.

This role combines Dynamics 365, Power Platform, business analysis and solution design, with a strong focus on translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Sales, Customer Service and/or Contact Center.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including capabilities, limitations and licensing.
• Experience with requirements analysis, process design and data modelling.
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of User Stories, backlog management and sprint planning.
• Experience working directly with clients and facilitating workshops with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Copilot Studio and/or AI Builder would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
