Job summary

Flo Health is seeking a part-time Freelancer - Video Editor (Remote) to turn existing UGC footage into compelling video assets for TikTok and Snapchat. You’ll work with Creative Producers and UA to edit and optimise content, focusing on capturing attention in the first three seconds.

This hands-on role requires quick iteration, testing ideas, and applying performance insights to strengthen each creative, while adapting content for different markets and staying ahead of platform trends.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in motion design or video editing.
Portfolio demonstrating motion design and typography.
Experience creating short-form UGC content with a TikTok-first approach.
Advanced skills in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma.
Experience using AI tools such as Runway, Sora, Midjourney, or ChatGPT.
Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Edit UGC footage into short-form videos for TikTok and Snapchat.
Create attention-grabbing openings using hooks, transitions, typography, and motion graphics.
Test variations with Creative Producers and UA; iterate on winning concepts.
Deliver a high volume of assets with fast turnaround times.
Localise and adapt videos for different markets while following brand guidelines.
Stay on top of platform trends and native formats.
Explore AI tools to streamline production workflows.
