Chaos Gears is offering an internship focused on forward deployed engineering with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled knowledge work. You’ll learn to apply Claude, ChatGPT, and no-code tools to streamline internal processes and guide customers.

Expect hands‑on support from AI‑native engineers and collaboration with Solution Architects and Delivery Managers. Key requirements include hands‑on use of Claude/ChatGPT, English and Polish fluency, and the ability to present technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
Some exposure to AI tools and knowledge work is a plus.
Strong presentation and analytical thinking required.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and create guidelines, standards, and processes for personal assistants at scale.
Leverage AI tools and no-code engines to build or extend capabilities.
Assist Marketing, Sales, and Alliances teams and streamline internal workflows.
Demonstrate how AI harnesses can enable knowledge work and coach customers.
Support customers during initial engagements with guidance from AI-native teams.
