Job summary

Google Cloud is hiring a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer in Poland to bridge frontier AI products and production-grade reality for customers. You will code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions directly within the customer environment.

You’ll resolve integration, data readiness, and state-management blockers, embedding with accounts to deliver white-glove deployments and feed real-world insights into Google Cloud's roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience building and shipping production-grade AI-driven solutions using Python, Typescript, or comparable languages.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements.
• Experience designing and building AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data, incorporating vector databases and RAG-like architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI applications transitioning prototypes to production-grade workflows (multi-agent systems, context servers).
• Connect Google's AI products with customer live infrastructure, including APIs and data silos.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability to meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
• Identify common field patterns and friction to create reusable modules or feature requests.
• Mentor talent, co-build with customer teams, and influence cross-functional technical strategies.
