Job summary

Tenstorrent seeks a Field Application Engineer for a remote role based in Poland. You’ll work with customers, sales, and product teams to translate AI/ML needs into practical solutions across software, platforms, and silicon.

Requirements include hands-on AI experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, plus embedded systems or FPGA/AI accelerator familiarity. Strong communication is essential for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant technical, enterprise experience in field engineering or similar.
• Strong AI/ML knowledge with experience in NLP, computer vision, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture or AI accelerators.
• Good understanding of data center, server architecture and deployment, thermal/power, and infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with sales operations and product teams to relay feedback from customers and help shape future product enhancements.
• Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and guide solution adoption.
