Job summary

GR8_TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms and seeks a Senior Flutter/Lead Engineer to own mobile architecture for flagship products. You’ll scale real-time experiences to millions of users with high-throughput, low-latency Flutter apps while elevating engineering standards across teams.

You’ll drive strategy, migration, security baselines, and cross-team collaboration, mentoring engineers and delivering robust, production-grade mobile software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial software development with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart and hands-on iOS/Android experience.
• Proven track record as Founding Engineer designing and architecting large-scale apps.
• Strong leadership across the full development lifecycle and production deployments.
• Deep understanding of Dart internals (isolates, async, null safety) and Flutter rendering.

Responsibilities

• Own high-level mobile system architecture, defining patterns for stability, modularity and speed.
• Translate business goals into robust technical blueprints and trade-off decisions.
• Establish benchmarks for startup times, memory footprint and frame rates.
• Evaluate new mobile technologies and plan migration strategies to modernize legacy code.
• Define and enforce security baselines including certificate pinning and obfuscation.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for high-severity issues.
• Mentor engineers and align architectural patterns across cross-functional teams.
