Job summary

PLVision is seeking a Middle C/C++ Software Engineer to join an international team on a new project focused on an embedded networking solution based on SONiC. You will contribute to developing NOS features for cloud and data center networking and build libraries for ASIC configuration (SAI).

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Knowledge of Linux as a working environment.
• Experience with Python, Bash, Docker and Git.
• Basic knowledge of L2/L3, tunneling, routing, switching and network protocols.
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of technical English at an Intermediate level and higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop a network operating system (NOS) for network devices such as switches and routers.
• Participate in developing NOS features for cloud and data center networking.
• Develop a library for modern ASIC configuration (SAI).
• Investigate and resolve networking-related issues.
