About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Embedded C/C++ Engineer to drive the design and development of advanced telecommunications systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can combine deep embedded expertise with strong architectural vision and team leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in embedded software development, with a strong focus on C/C++
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role
• Strong background working in Linux environments
• Proficiency in Python for tooling and automation
• Hands-on experience with vendor SDKs and platform bring-up
• Strong system-level thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical roadmaps

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of DSP (Digital Signal Processing) concepts
• Experience with FPGA-based systems and hardware/software co-design
• Basic knowledge of MATLAB

Additional Advantage

• L1 (Layer 1 / Physical Layer) knowledge optional but highly recommended
