Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Financial Controller in Poland (Remote) to support UK trading entities and holding companies across the EMEA region. You will lead statutory reporting, audits, month-end close, US GAAP reporting, and tax accounting, while overseeing outsourced accounting operations.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors, corporate finance teams, and service providers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Significant accounting experience in multinational settings and US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with statutory reporting, audits, and month-end close processes.
• Experience working with outsourced accounting teams/SSOs.

Responsibilities

• Support statutory reporting and audits for UK entities and holding groups.
• Manage month-end close and US GAAP reporting with the Genpact team.
• Oversee payroll accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure tax postings and regulatory filings are completed accurately.
• Support governance activities and board reporting.
• Coordinate pension accounting and cross-entity projects.
