Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers for preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and installation of medical devices. The role is based in Poland and will be fully remote with extensive travel in North Europe.

You will report to the North Europe Service Team Leader and collaborate with Field Support to ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate has mechanical/electrical qualifications, strong CRM and Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Educated in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Biomedical qualification, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Demonstrate technical ability in mechanical strip-downs and learn complex medical devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as SFDC/Field Service.
• Fluent Polish (speaking and writing) and functional English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation and maintenance of Histopathology and ancillary equipment.
• Deliver accurate reporting, submission of Salesforce reports, Expenses, Spares Stock management and other service documentation.
• Work closely with Field Support Team to ensure high-quality after-sales service within KPI targets.
