Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical, enterprise experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven expertise in AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with embedded systems and FPGA architecture.
• Understanding of data center, server architecture, and power/thermal management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand technical challenges and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product teams to feedback from customers.
• Explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support adoption of Tenstorrent products and solutions with customers.
