Job summary

Davipharm is seeking a License Out Manager to drive international expansion of Rx products, focusing on Europe with selective opportunities in Asia. You will identify, assess, and engage licensing partners, lead negotiations, and work with Regulatory, R&D, Legal, and Commercial teams to close deals.

The role requires at least 3 years in pharmaceutical licensing-out, a strong European network, and excellent negotiation skills. Remote work option available for candidates based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical licensing-out.
• Strong network within the European pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and closing licensing agreements for Rx products.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential licensing-out partners across Europe and selected Asian markets for Rx products.
• Build and manage relationships with pharmaceutical partners in target markets.
• Assess market opportunities and match assets with partners' strategic needs.
• Lead licensing discussions, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.
• Represent the company at international partnering events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Legal, and Commercial teams to support deals.
