Job summary

ElevenLabs, a pioneering AI research and product company, is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market in Poland and build a regional team.

You will hire, win first customers, and ensure our voice AI technology delivers impact, with close collaboration across sales, engineering, and product.

This senior role is remote-first (Poland-based, Warsaw preferred), requires fluency in English and Polish, and involves regular travel to customer sites and onboarding of new partners.

Qualifications

• Executive stakeholder engagement with C-suite and VP-level partners.
• Ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping.
• Strong written and verbal communication with complex technical concepts.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models.
• Strategic and commercial awareness with GTM and revenue impact.
• Nice to have experience building partner ecosystems (systems integrators, resellers).

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a forward-deployed engineering team in the region.
• Identify use cases through customer problems and work with Eng to implement solutions.
• Design bespoke integrations to fit customers' products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing our models.
• Present results and future proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to feed insights into products.
• Build and deliver compelling demos to new and existing customers.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Take end-to-end ownership of major projects for strategic partners.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams for optimal implementation.
