Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a seasoned Director of Revenue Cycle Management to own the full RCM for MSO clients, from coding through AR follow-up, while leading a large, distributed team of coders and billing staff in a remote setting.

You will manage coding quality, contract and credentialing oversight, and payer relationships. The role delivers monthly financial results to clients and shapes the ongoing evolution of our RCM function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in medical coding and billing.
• Deep knowledge of payor contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and denial/appeals processes.
• Experience with provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Experience with EMR and practice management systems.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all revenue cycle functions for MSO clients, incl. charge capture, coding, claim submission, payment posting, denials management, and AR follow-up.
• Develop and monitor KPIs (days in A/R, clean claim rate, denial rate, net collection rate, first-pass) and report results to leadership.
• Identify revenue leakage and implement process improvements to raise collections and reduce write-offs.
• Lead a large, distributed team of coders and billing staff with remote work considerations.
• Review and interpret payor contracts, fee schedules; oversee credentialing and payer enrollment; handle payor disputes.
