Job summary
SGI is seeking a Remote Signing & Identity Services Specialist to join our European team. This full-time, remote role focuses on PKI, digital identity, and onboarding customers and partners across Europe, with German as the working language.
You will ensure compliance with eIDAS and ZertES, support identity verification workflows, and drive automation improvements using AI while delivering secure, confidential services for regulated environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent relevant experience.
- Experience in digital trust, fintech, banking, or regulated environments is advantageous.
- Strong German communication skills are required.
- Experience with Remote Signing, PKI or Digital Identity solutions.
- Knowledge of eIDAS and ZertES.
- Understanding of security, compliance and data confidentiality.
- Experience with onboarding, provisioning or support operations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and process automation.
Responsibilities
- Support Remote Signing and PKI services.
- Onboard, provision, and fulfill customer and partner requests.
- Support identity verification processes (VideoIdent, AutoIdent, Face-to-Face).
- Ensure compliance with eIDAS, ZertES, security and confidentiality.
- Assist users with operational support and service requests.
- Drive process improvements using AI and automation tools.
