Accenture is seeking a Digital Finance Transformation Expert within the Global Business Services (GBS) framework to support CFOs in driving digital finance programs. You will collaborate with global teams to shape GBS organizations for clients, leveraging modern solutions and end-to-end transformations.

The role requires extensive Finance Transformation experience, strong knowledge of R2R/P2P/O2C, and excellence in English, with a willingness to travel to client locations across Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of practical and international experience in Finance Transformation programs execution for large scale organizations.
• Knowledge of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and process performance management is a strong plus.
• Experience working with mid-senior to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of consulting work environment with Finance Transformation/GBS projects.
• Project management experience is required.
• Strong financial accounting fundamentals and KPIs for finance.
• Master’s degree is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Digital Finance Transformation SME, shaping and implementing GBS organizations for clients.
• Advise clients on Finance Transformation discussions, focusing on GBS strategy, design, setup and improvement.
• Contribute to GBS design and transformation discussions and workshops.

Asa GBS Finance Transformation Expertin the Digital Finance Transformation Team(part of Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice), you will work at the heart of the CFOs’ agenda, supporting them in their Digital Finance Transformation programs.

You will use your expertise and knowledge to support CFOs of our world-class Clients in transforming Finance into a digitally-enabled partner, driving the transformation agenda across the enterprise. You will implement innovative programs and employ state-of-the-arte solutions to transform organizations end-to-end, especially leveraging Global Business Services (GBS).

What will you do?

• Act as a Digital Finance Transformation subject matter expert, working with Accenture’s global teams to shape and implement GBS organizations for our Clients

• Advise our Clients on a wide range of Finance Transformation discussions, focused on GBS strategy, design, set up and improvement, adoption of leading practices and implementation of best-in-class solutions

• Contribute to GBS design and transformation discussions and workshops

• Help shape Accenture’s thought capital around current and emerging trends in the Digital Finance Transformation area and GBS

• Work across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language

Who and what we are looking for?

• 10+ years (Senior Manager) or 6+ year (Manager) of practical and international experience in Finance Transformation programs execution for large scale organizations, including design and implementation, transition process, service management and other components of GBS strategy

• Knowledge and understanding of the Finance processes(Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) including process performance management a strong plus

• Ability and experience in working with mid-senior to senior stakeholders

• Understanding of consulting work environment, supported by practical experience working in Finance Transformationprojects, GBS environment

• Project management experience required

• Business acumen, good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals and key performance indicators in finance

• Master’s degree

• Excellent English (written & spoken) is a must

Working Conditions:

• Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)

• Headquarter inWarsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw, Gdansk or Lodz. Preferred location Warsaw.

• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Market Wide Finance Reinvention Team way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
