- This is a full-time, fully remote contractor role
- We are seeking someone preferably with a background in B2C/e-commerce or DTC design
- Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)
This role is embedded within our e-commerce team and is dedicated to designing and optimizing our DTC storefront — not general product or brand design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve product pages, ensuring they are visually compelling, clear, and easy to navigate
- Create campaign creatives that communicate our message clearly and encourage users to take action
- Redesign and improve existing areas of our website, identifying opportunities to improve the user experience, engagement, and conversion
- Take briefs, ideas, and campaign concepts and turn them into polished, high-quality designs
- Use your UX knowledge to determine where key information, CTAs, trust elements, benefits, and other conversion elements should be placed
- Think through the user journey when designing new pages, making sure the flow feels natural and without friction
- Help keep our visual design consistent across the website and different campaign experiences
- Adapt and improve designs quickly based on feedback and business priorities
- Ensure designs are responsive and work well across desktop and mobile
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital and web design work — specifically for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
- Required: minimum 2+ years designing for e-commerce or DTC brands — this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have. Experience in health, wellness, or supplements is a strong plus
- Strong UI design skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality
- Good understanding of UX principles and conversion-optimised design
- Ability to balance strong visual design with user experience and business goals
- Good understanding of conversion principles and how design can influence user behavior and decision‑makingExperience designing responsive websites for both desktop and mobile
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Ability to take a concept or rough brief and turn it into a polished, well‑thought-out design
