Job summary

24x7 Direct Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Data & Systems Administrator to maintain product, customer, and pricing data across SAP and related systems. The role focuses on data accuracy, onboarding new products, and supporting the e-commerce platform with catalog updates and routine queries.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, knowledge of data quality checks, and a degree in Information Systems, IT, or a business-related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in data administration, master data management, pricing administration, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel data validation, sorting, filtering, lookups, and basic reports.
• Degree-qualified in Information Systems, IT or Business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product, customer, and pricing data in SAP and related systems.
• Assist with new product creation, updates, lifecycle changes, data validation and reporting.
• Support customer account setup, onboarding, product catalog updates, and routine queries on the e-commerce platform.
• Upload approved pricing, verify data accuracy and maintain approval records.
• Test system fixes, document results, identify defects, and report issues.
