Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python/Pandas for data analytics.
• Experience with software quality management (code reviews, testing, etc.).
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and at least one ERP/ transactional system (SAP/Oracle/Salesforce).
• Strong client/stakeholder relationship skills and effective storytelling with visuals (PowerPoint).
• Ownership mindset with accountability for project goals and deliverables.
• Experience gathering requirements and presenting analytic results to business stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in all deliverables and communications.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on implementing state-of-the-art AI frameworks and digital transformation projects.
• Interact with stakeholders to gather business context, ensuring successful delivery and measurable benefits.
• Deliver value through AI-driven process reinvention and participate in internal team projects.
• Collaborate across teams and travel to client offices across Europe when needed.
