Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Scientist to design and deliver data-driven solutions turning complex enterprise data into actionable insights. You will build models, craft analytics pipelines, and leverage GenAI to augment workflows across Poland-based clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and practical engineering rigor. You will use Python, SQL, and ML frameworks to enable scalable analytics, while working in a flexible setup that blends remote and in-person

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of probability theory and statistics.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Data Science or related analytical role.
• Strong Python skills and advanced SQL knowledge.
• Solid foundation in statistics and machine learning; able to select approach and validate results.
• Experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with data wrangling and large-scale datasets; familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and data processing.
• Good command of English (minimum B2+).

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models and analytical solutions for enterprise clients.
• Design and implement end-to-end analytics pipelines from data exploration to production deployment.
• Leverage GenAI to augment data science workflows and generate insights.
• Translate business requirements into data science approaches and validate results.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants on cross-functional projects.
