Job summary

Stormshield is seeking a Partner Account Manager to drive growth in Eastern Poland within our European cybersecurity ecosystem. You will recruit and develop local partners, deploy partner programs, and coordinate commercial activities across the region.

You will support partners in generating opportunities, help structure offers, and monitor partner performance while reporting to the Head of Channel. Remote-friendly role within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in cybersecurity and partner ecosystem development.
• Experience in sales coordination within a tech vendor environment.
• Ability to manage and motivate partner networks across regions.

Responsibilities

• Network animation and development with local partners and strategic entities.
• Coordinate commercial activities and ensure alignment with regional strategy.
• Support partners in customer opportunities and pre-sales efforts.
• Monitor partner performance and report forecasts to leadership.
