Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Warsaw seeks a Field CSO to build trusted advisor relationships with customer CISOs, CIOs and IT executives across Central Eastern Europe, articulating the value our platform brings and guiding strategic cyber resilience journeys.

You will participate in industry events, deliver keynotes, work with local teams on market strategy, and provide cross-functional guidance to product, marketing and policy groups, while helping customers adopt our security platform.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a CSO / CISO in large corporate enterprise, plus customer facing experience in a vendor or consulting organization.
• Well known in the central eastern european region as a cybersecurity expert.
• Has a vision for the cybersecurity future and can help us think through and develop the roadmap.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least 1 additional regional language (Polish strongly preferred).
• Bachelor degree in Business, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field or equivalent military experience - master’s preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs – at least four must be in a senior leadership role
• Employment history must demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility
• Demonstrated industry expertise through contributions to security industry groups, speaking at industry events, and / or writing blogs and whitepapers on advanced cyber security techniques and tools

Responsibilities

• Advise and engage with CISO community and customer executives to influence security strategies.
• Demonstrate credibility with large audiences and one-on-one interactions.
• Provide guidance on governance, risk management, and security program maturation.
• Collaborate with field teams to drive platform adoption and market awareness.
• Deliver thought leadership content at industry events and through regional initiatives.
