BlueStout.com - Ecommerce Experts is seeking a sharp, proactive CRO Analyst to join our team as a freelancer. You'll own A/B test setup and analysis end-to-end, work directly alongside our senior CRO team, and communicate findings to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CRO experience in a performance-focused environment.
• Hands-on end-to-end A/B test setup and analysis.
• Proficiency with Convert.com / VWO / Optimizely.
• Strong GA4 skills: event tracking, funnels, data interpretation.
• Solid JavaScript with DOM manipulation and HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Understanding of Shopify architecture, sections and templates.
• Availability during US Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and monitor A/B tests using Convert.com and VWO.
• Analyze test results with Bayesian methods and forecast revenue lift.
• Communicate test findings to clients via weekly updates.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement winning variants.
• Join client calls twice a month to discuss strategy and recommendations.
• Participate in internal team syncs at least twice weekly.
• Ensure test setups align with Shopify templates and targeting is accurate.
