Job summary

CRO Gurus is seeking a proactive Junior CRO Specialist to bridge data-driven optimization with tangible client outcomes. This CRO-first role focuses on experimentation, analytics, and user behavior rather than traditional digital marketing execution, reporting to a Senior Strategist.

You’ll run day-to-day project execution, support client communications, and help turn insights into action on a lean, remote team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in CRO/Analytics/eCommerce optimization or related projects.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, detail-oriented work style.
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing exposure.
• Foundational analytics, GA4 familiarity; training available for tools.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution and manage tasks in the team board.
• Assist in building data-driven testing roadmaps and audits.
• Analyze user behavior and summarize actionable insights.
• Support client communications and deliver regular updates.
• Monitor A/B test results and report business impact.
