Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking a Creative Producer to shape and oversee the creative direction of original YouTube shows for a globally recognized beauty brand. You will define the creative vision, develop distinctive formats, and ensure alignment with channel strategy, brand positioning, and audience ambition.

You will collaborate with an external production agency, providing guidance throughout the process, challenging ideas, and ensuring outputs stay true to the vision and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and leading large-scale YouTube entertainment shows.
• Strong understanding of YouTube formats and audience behavior.
• Ability to assess, challenge, and improve concepts and formats.
• Experience overseeing external production agencies or studios.
• Hands-on review of concept development, casting, scripts, visuals, and edits.
• Knowledge of internet culture and online communities.
• Experience creating content for international or multi-market audiences.
