Job summary

TheSoul Group seeks a Senior Social Media Strategist to own the social and audience strategy behind the YouTube channel of a globally recognized beauty brand. You will define the strategic direction for a high-growth, high-volume global YouTube channel with a Shorts-first approach.

You will identify audience behaviors, translate culture signals into repeatable content direction, and shape the content calendar around product launches, activations, and brand moments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing social media channels with measurable growth.
• Agency-side experience in social media strategy for large brands; beauty preferred.
• Deep understanding of YouTube formats, discovery, and creator culture.
• Ability to assess content strategically and translate insights into repeatable approaches.
• Understanding of internet culture, trends, communities, creators, and subcultures.
• Experience developing content and audience strategies for high-volume publishing environments.
• Experience designing creator activations across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical fluency to interpret performance data and test hypotheses.
• Ability to adapt strategic direction based on performance data and scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Understanding of social commerce or affiliate mechanics is a plus.
• Familiarity with paid social planning and organic/paid relationship is a plus.
• Native-level or professional working proficiency in English.
