Job summary

QVC Group Global Business Services is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect for Marketing Technology to drive innovation across our marketing tech stack. You will architect data-driven solutions powering analytics, personalization, and campaigns, acting as the bridge between business, product, technology, and operations.

You will report to the Director, Software Engineering and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solutions architecture.
• Expertise in marketing technology platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SAS).
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with data warehousing, RDBMS, serverless architectures, containers (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Familiarity with collaboration and code management tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Stash, GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement solutions for marketing technology platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SAS, tag management).
• Design and optimize data warehousing and integration patterns for scalability.
• Translate requirements between business, technology, and operations to ensure clarity.
• Lead proof-of-concept programs and hands-on leadership in cloud, serverless, and containerized environments.
• Advise teams on best practices for coding, DevOps, and security compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR/CCPA).
• Contribute to enterprise-wide architecture and documentation (UML, ERD, ADRs).
