Job summary

Compiled Health seeks a creator who can own the company’s voice and editorial standards, turning clinical content into clear, publishable work. You will write, script, storyboard, shoot, edit, and publish, using an AI-native stack for video, image, and audio alongside traditional editing tools.

You will craft formats and publishing rhythms to engage medical and technical audiences, ensuring accuracy with lightweight source and privacy reviews and operating with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• Exceptional English writing and editing with a portfolio showing original thinking and a clear point of view.
• 5+ years producing editorial, media, or creative work, or an independent body of work.
• Ability to deliver strong social and video work end-to-end, solo and at high speed.
• Hands-on fluency with AI production tools for video, image, voice, and audio.
• Fluency in AI and healthcare or related technical field with clinical fluency potential.
• Sound judgment on sources, privacy, and medical claims; capable of zero-to-one work.

Responsibilities

• Own Compiled Health's voice and editorial standard across all channels.
• Turn dense clinical materials into clear, original content thats scrutiny-ready.
• Personally write, script, storyboard, shoot, edit, and publish.
• Run an AI-native production stack and keep it current with quality-first outputs.
• Build recurring formats and publish rhythm to grow three voices: ours, customers', community.
• Implement lightweight review systems around sources and privacy; publish fast, accurately.
