Job summary

North Star Network is seeking a Content Manager to plan, produce, and optimize high-quality content for Eastern European markets. You will drive the editorial roadmap, align content with SEO priorities, and work with SEO specialists, Editors, Writers, Product teams, and stakeholders to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions remotely.

The role may involve coordinating Writers or Junior Content Managers and ensuring quality standards across editorial operations.

Qualifications

2+ years of digital content management or SEO experience.
Strong SEO practices and content performance metrics.
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
Familiarity with sports, betting, or iGaming industries.
Fluent English; Eastern European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, plan and manage content production according to the editorial calendar and SEO priorities.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Create detailed content briefs with target keywords, structure, and tone of voice.
Ensure published content aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and business goals.
Oversee the full lifecycle of content production, from ideation to publication, meeting deadlines.
Coordinate Writers or Junior Content Managers and review progress.
