Job summary

IWG plc in Warsaw is seeking a Construction Services Procurement Manager to lead day-to-day construction procurement across assigned markets, from qualification to award, within the governance framework set by the Head of Construction Services Procurement & Cost Management.

This execution-and-ownership role offers operational autonomy, with responsibilities for rate benchmarking, supplier onboarding, and routine commercial discussions, while aligning with group sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to run a competitive tender process independently, from qualification to award.
• Strong commercial/analytical skills for rate cards, benchmarks and bid comparisons.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or commercial management in construction or built environment.
• Clear understanding of delegated authority and decision ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead GC and professional-services sourcing from qualification to award.
• Maintain rate cards and pricing benchmarks against market data.
• Conduct bid analysis and produce award recommendations with risks and options.
• Onboard and qualify suppliers to agreed standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and flag material deviations.
• Support new-market GC rollout and handover to regional teams.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance on contracts.
