Zusammenfassung

ST1 Sports is seeking a Commission Sales Representative to build and own relationships with high school athletic departments and youth clubs in your region. This is a 100% commission, independent contractor role with back-office support for ordering, fulfillment, and custom apparel production.

You’ll source deals, run quotes, and close sales while working your own schedule remotely. Prior experience in youth sports and a strong network with ADs/coaches are highly valued, with no salary or draw

Qualifikationen

• Experience in youth or high school sports buying cycle.
• Sales experience preferred, but passion and hustle matter.
• Existing relationships with ADs, coaches, or club directors is a major plus.
• Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently.
• Able to prospect via email, phone, and in-person visits.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and build relationships with high school athletic directors, coaches, and booster clubs in your territory.
• Target your specific sport like youth baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, track & field, and football clubs.
• Present ST1's product catalog and custom apparel capabilities to decision-makers.
• Submit quotes and work with the ST1 back office to close and fulfill orders.
• Set up and promote custom online team stores for schools and clubs.
• Represent ST1 at local tournaments, games, and sporting events as appropriate.
