Job summary

Circle-E Facility & Home Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. You will build rapport within your territory, evaluate needs, and negotiate successful agreements. Up to 8% commission monthly; salary paid weekly.

Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is preferred. You must provide your own laptop; software and some leads provided. Travel to appointments, meet sales targets, and document all activity in CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales is required.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Up to 8% commission paid monthly. Salary is paid weekly. We prefer that you have knowledge or background working in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC. You will need to provide your own laptop, we will provide the software and some leads.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory


• Meet or exceed designated sales targets

• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
