You will collaborate with global teams, balancing strategic oversight with operational and financial accountability to support growth and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 8 years of clinical project management and people management experience.
• Success leading staff within a global, matrixed environment.
• Proven experience managing global dementia programs and complex clinical research projects.
• Strong financial management and analytical skills, including budget oversight and project financial performance.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and negotiate with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Broad knowledge of drug development, clinical research principles, and client needs.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in local office language is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction to the Project Management team within a therapeutic or sub-therapeutic area.
• Oversee delivery, financial performance, and operational execution of global clinical research projects.
• Drive project planning, performance monitoring, budgets, and timelines.
• Review and approve strategy, content, and costing of new business proposals.
• Partner with senior leadership on business development and client engagement.
• Build and maintain sponsor relationships; serve as a key contact for alliances.
• Lead project and sponsor reviews; resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Manage, mentor, recruit, develop, and evaluate staff; ensure resource targets.
• Represent Worldwide in capability presentations, bid defenses, and client-facing activities.
