Kilter Group is seeking an experienced Client Service Executive to lead relationship management for a client portfolio. You will coordinate service meetings, oversee financial planning initiatives, and ensure a seamless client experience across planning and account administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service, relationship management, or wealth management operations in a financial services firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Series 65 or Series 66 preferred (waived with CFP or equivalent).
• Experience supporting high-net-worth clients and coordinating complex financial planning and investment relationships.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Coordinate client service meetings, agendas, and materials; prepare summaries and action items.
• Assist Advisors and Private Wealth Planners with implementing financial planning recommendations.
• Coordinate new accounts, transfers, and custodian paperwork; liaise with clients, custodians, and internal teams.
• Maintain client records in Tamarac CRM and improve workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate across Advisors, Private Wealth Planners, Investment Operations, and Insurance Specialists to deliver coordinated service.
