Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Child Online Protection Consultant roster member based in Poland to support capacity building, policy development, and digital safety initiatives.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders, educators, ICT professionals, and international partners to translate guidelines into practical actions through research, training, and knowledge sharing, with remote assignment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: university degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, International Relations and Diplomacy, Child Rights, Education, or related field.
• Experience: at least two years, including international level; doctorate may substitute two years.
• Specialization: knowledge in capacity building, child online protection, child rights, cybersecurity, education, policy development, or project management.
• Education content development: experience creating curricula, training materials, or learning programmes.
• Child rights and online safety: knowledge of protection principles, digital safety, inclusion, privacy.
• Policy and government engagement: experience supporting policies, strategic frameworks, or national programmes.
• International/regional expertise: experience across countries or international institutions.
• Research and communication: strong reporting and editing skills in English.
• Core competencies: collaboration, results orientation, teamwork.
• Language: English or French proficiency.
• Attributes: remote work ability and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for child online protection initiatives at national, regional, and global levels.
• Support design, delivery, and coordination of training programmes and capacity-building activities.
• Assist government stakeholders in developing national protection strategies and roadmaps.
• Design activities that encourage meaningful participation by children and youth.
• Identify and develop partnerships with public institutions, international organizations, and civil society.
• Conduct research, collect good practices, and document case studies and lessons learned.
• Support communications and dissemination of project activities and guidelines.
• Contribute to curriculum development and educational resources focused on online safety.
• Monitor developments and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Manage administrative tasks and coordinate implementation schedules.
• Prepare work plans, progress reports, and final case studies.
