Digital Trust and Safety Team Leader (Polish + English)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of trust and safety analysts monitoring online content, resolving escalated cases, and ensuring high compliance with platform policies.
• Coach and develop your team, nurturing both their technical performance and their well-being in a challenging but meaningful space.
• Analyze trends and proactively optimize workflows, quality metrics, and training needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, quality assurance, and global operations teams.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)
