Job summary

An innovative robotics company seeks an Account & Business Development Manager to drive growth in Central and Eastern Europe. The role involves business development, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in automation or robotics, with fluency in English and knowledge of the local market. This is a full-time remote position with commission-based compensation.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in automation or robotics.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Polish, Czech, and German is a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of the Eastern Europe business environment and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing and new key accounts.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and prepare proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline information in the CRM.
